In the year 31XX, humanity thrives in a refulgent utopia, their cities float amongst the stars, effortlessly powered by limitless energies and cultural unity, all thanks to the guidance of the Intergalactic CMGT (Cosmic Members of Galaxies Today) Corporation, but this peace is short lived as  DUO ( Dangerously Unrelenting Omnics) with their robotic bugs threaten to destroy our peaceful earth! 

You are James Connor, an ace pilot and earth’s last line of defense. You have been armed with cutting-edge CMGT technology, the Futura PE-95 Spacecraft with which you’ll face wave after wave of merciless invaders. .
